Job Description Main Duties:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s Vietnamese culinary
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Be able to supervise between 3-4 people
Employment Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non university or diploma from a program of 1-2 years in the filed of hospitality administration/management, business administration and management, or general studies or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Be client focused, has efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexible and team player
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work will involve combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
